All iPads, iPhones, and Apple Watches come with the latest operating system available for that particular model.
Every device comes with corresponding power cables and/or power adapters. Please note that these may be from the original device manufacturer, or compatible third-party parts.
iMacs come with a keyboard and mouse. These could be wired (USB) or wireless (Bluetooth), subject to availability. Also, these may be from Apple, or from compatible third-party manufacturers.
We accept any credit cards that bears the Visa or MasterCard logo.

If you've purchased something from us within the past 30 days and you want to return or exchange it, please let us know by replying to your order confirmation email and we'll send you a complimentary return shipping label.

You may have someone pick up your in-store pick up order. Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up, please reply to that email with the details of the person who will be picking up your order. They will be required to provide the same documentation as if you were picking up the order.
All of the products on our website are packed and shipped by teams at Simply Computing. Any product that comes with a 30-day warranty was checked by Simply Computing’s Authorized Apple technicians. This also means if you aren’t satisfied with your order, you may return it to a Simply Computing location in course with our Return Policy.
We aim to ship every order within one business day. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Most orders to major cities in Canada should be delivered within a week, but please add a few extra days for other cities and towns.
We ship most of our orders with UPS. If you prefer us to use Canada Post instead, please contact us prior to placing the order to discuss the possibility. We'll try our best to accommodate.
Shipping is FREE for orders over $50 before tax to any Canadian province.
For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $12.99 for BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario, and a flat rate of $17.99 for Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut is flat rate of $29.99, regardless of the order value.
Although most packages handled by our courier partners arrive at their destinations on time and safely, there's a possibility that some packages may get lost or damaged, which would lead to an unsatisfactory experience as we wait for the courier company to launch an investigation and process the claim.
Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily insure your order, and file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. Most claims are processed within 24 hours.
Route+ premiums may decrease or increase depending on seasonality, industry, or loss rate.

Yes! We ship to the continental USA, Hawaii, and Alaska. Free ground shipping to the continental USA is available on orders valued at CAD $100 or above. Any import taxes and duties charged are the responsibility of the importer (customer).
Yes! All pre-owned devices come with a complimentary 30 day warranty, and all new products come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer's limited warranty.
If your product is found to be defective within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us to arrange a replacement; otherwise, please contact the manufacturer to discuss repair/replacement options.
We offer SimplyGuard Lite extended warranties on pre-owned devices. They're available in 1, 2, or 3 year options, and must be purchased at the same time as the pre-owned device. You can find more information here.

Any purchase over $100 before tax can be financed, upon credit approval.

We accept trade-ins on most Apple products produced within the past 8-10 years. Use our trade-in calculator to determine the value of your device!
If you agree to the trade-in valuation, you can request a complimentary shipping label from us, so you can send the device to us for evaluation. Once we've confirmed the value, we'll let you know and you can apply that as a credit towards a new purchase, or we can send you a cheque. We recommend that you take the credit as the better option though, as you'll only need to pay the tax on the remaining amount of your new purchase, saving you even more!
